Modify carefully, collaborate on comments, and track versions in native Word documents.

Without migrating to the new cloud document workflow, users can generate modification suggestions for long Word documents that can be reviewed, accepted or rejected, and have traceable version nodes, and the original format structure should be retained as much as possible.

Data use boundary

The Word documents, standard templates, comments, collaborator information, and revision targets you upload may contain contract terms, personal information, trade secrets, or internal decision-making content. The system should only use this data when generating revision suggestions, thread replies, version nodes, and audit reports; if AI parsing, generation, or saving fails, the interface must clearly display the reason for the failure and must not replace it with placeholder results. Current 10 role review supplement: Before upload or AI processing, disclose that Word documents, templates, comments, collaborator data, and revision goals may contain sensitive personal, contractual, or trade-secret data.; Separate 'no external production-system side effects' from 'external AI processing'; if OpenAI/video76-api is used, disclose that boundary and the data categories sent.; Offer or mark unknown options for session-only processing, deleting uploaded copies after action completion, saving only hashes/anchors/audit summaries, and shorter retention for sensitive projects. Minimize collaborator data: prefer internal user ID, role, and approval permission; do not request SSN, national ID, home address, personal phone, or unrelated personal data. Export reports must distinguish user-provided content, AI-generated content, human approvals, system metadata, and unknown/unverified material.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project data is retained for 30 days by default; organization administrators can reduce the retention period or manually delete projects. After deletion, this site will no longer display corresponding document copies, suggestions, threads, and version reports; files that have been downloaded or copied to external systems by users are not within the deletable scope of this site.

Human responsibility and rollback

This product can process contracts, agreements, and other professional long documents, but the AI output is only text revision suggestions, collaborative responses, and version record assistance, and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. When it comes to contractual rights and obligations, compliance responsibilities, amounts, deadlines, liability limitations, termination, dispute resolution, etc., they must be reviewed and confirmed by personnel with corresponding authority and qualifications.

Rollback only means restoring the report status, suggestion status, version node pointer or workflow status saved on this site to the previous record, and re-downloading the previously generated document copy; since this product is not connected to external production systems, rollback does not mean that changes in the external contract library, file server, electronic signature system or any third-party system have been revoked.
